This week in Seventh Grade Math…
**Students should have 10 objectives mastered thus far in Accelerated Math. Please encourage your child to work at home if needed.

White and Red: This week we are finishing our decimal chapter. Monday we will be working on exponents, powers of ten, and scientific notation. Our decimal test is on Thursday. Students should have the study guide in their notebook.
Blue: Monday we will be finishing exponents, powers of ten, and scientific notation. Tuesday we are reviewing for our decimal test which will be on Wednesday. Our fractions chapter is next.

This week in Eighth Grade Math…
**Students should have 10 objectives mastered thus far in Accelerated Math. Please encourage your child to work at home if needed.

Blue: This week we will continue working on percents. We will be solving percent problems and estimating percents. We MAY have a quiz at the end of the week.
White: This week we will finish estimating percents and begin working on percent change. We will most likely have a short quiz on Friday…students will be notified in class.
